1. Aceptación de los Términos

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Client" or "You") and Quanta Flow Inc., a Wyoming Corporation ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By creating an account or using the GridInbox API/Dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

2. Solo Uso Comercial (B2B)

GridInbox es una herramienta comercial diseñada para operaciones de comercio electrónico empresarial, automatización de QA y gestión de agencias. Usted declara que utiliza el Servicio con fines comerciales y no como "consumidor" según las leyes de protección al consumidor aplicables.

3. Seguridad de la Cuenta y Responsabilidad

Usted es el único responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus claves API y contraseñas. Usted es estrictamente responsable de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta, incluidas las acciones realizadas por sus empleados, contratistas o scripts de automatización.

4. Limitación de Responsabilidad

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY DE WYOMING, QUANTA FLOW INC. NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O PUNITIVO, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DATOS, REPUTACIÓN COMERCIAL O SUSPENSIONES DE TIENDAS (P. EJ., BLOQUEOS DE CUENTAS DE AMAZON/TIKTOK) DERIVADOS DEL USO DEL SERVICIO. NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD TOTAL SE LIMITA AL IMPORTE PAGADO POR USTED EN LOS 12 MESES ANTERIORES A LA RECLAMACIÓN.

5. Ley Aplicable y Arbitraje

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.

6. Renuncia a Acciones Colectivas

USTED RENUNCIA A CUALQUIER DERECHO A PARTICIPAR EN UNA DEMANDA COLECTIVA O EN UN ARBITRAJE COLECTIVO CONTRA QUANTA FLOW INC.
