These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Client" or "You") and Quanta Flow Inc., a Wyoming Corporation ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By creating an account or using the GridInbox API/Dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
O GridInbox é uma ferramenta comercial projetada para operações de e-commerce empresarial, automação de QA e gestão de agências. Você declara que está utilizando o Serviço para fins comerciais e não como "consumidor" nos termos das leis de proteção ao consumidor aplicáveis.
Você é o único responsável por manter a confidencialidade de suas chaves de API e senhas. Você é estritamente responsável por todas as atividades que ocorrem em sua conta, incluindo ações realizadas por seus funcionários, contratados ou scripts de automação.
NA MÁXIMA EXTENSÃO PERMITIDA PELA LEI DO WYOMING, A QUANTA FLOW INC. NÃO SERÁ RESPONSÁVEL POR QUAISQUER DANOS INDIRETOS, INCIDENTAIS, ESPECIAIS, CONSEQUENTES OU PUNITIVOS, INCLUINDO, MAS NÃO SE LIMITANDO A PERDA DE LUCROS, DADOS, REPUTAÇÃO COMERCIAL OU SUSPENSÕES DE LOJA (P. EX., BANIMENTOS DE CONTAS AMAZON/TIKTOK) DECORRENTES DO USO DO SERVIÇO. NOSSA RESPONSABILIDADE TOTAL ESTÁ LIMITADA AO VALOR PAGO POR VOCÊ NOS 12 MESES ANTERIORES À RECLAMAÇÃO.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
